The Mansfield Vet Clinic is a mixed practice consisting of four vets. The Mansfield Vet Clinic services the surrounding areas of Mansfield including Bonnie Doon, Jamieson, Lima South, Merton, Maindample and Tolmie. We are open 7 days and have a 24hr emergency service.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE:
  1. The clinic operates a 24-hour emergency service for all animals.
  2. If you need assistance or advice, call the clinic on (03) 5775 2055 and follow the prompts to be diverted to the on-call veterinarian.
EQUIPMENT:
  1. The clinic has small animal anaesthetic breathing machines.
  2. It has high-quality patient monitoring equipment for blood pressure, ECG, oxygenation, heart rate, temperature, and blood gases.
  3. It offers fluid therapy.
  4. The clinic has small and large animal ultrasonography equipment.
  5. It has radiology equipment with digital processing for small animals.
  6. In-house pathology equipment is available for full blood examination, biochemistry, electrolytes and blood gas analysis, and complete urine analysis.
  7. Cryosurgery (liquid nitrogen) is available.
PETS:
  1. Puppy Pre-School is available to give your pup a great start to life. Run by Nurse Ruby, your pup will learn how to socialise, while you learn the basics of puppy wrangling!
  2. Obedience Training is available through the Mansfield & District Obedience Dog Club on Sunday mornings.
  3. The clinic stocks premium pet food (Hills Science Diet, Hills Prescription Diets, and Hills Vet Essentials), worming and flea treatments, and a range of quality pet products at competitive prices.
  4. Grooming services are available by appointment, from DIY hydrobaths to full grooming services.
  5. Export certificates are available for dogs and cats.
LARGE ANIMALS:
  1. The clinic has Johnes Disease Accreditation for CattleMAP and SheepMAP.
  2. Export certificates are available for cattle, sheep, goats, and alpacas.
STUDENT TRAINING:
  1. The clinic is an Academic Associate of the University of Melbourne, the University of Adelaide, Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga, and James Cook University in Townsville.

The clinic accepts veterinary students for training during their studies, contributing to the learning experiences of future veterinarians.
